Nexstar Media Group; the digital division of one of the nation’s fastest growing local media companies has an opportunity for the right digital professional to join their corporate digital sales team. We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Director to work with selected markets, to help drive revenue growth and optimize both our core digital and our digital agency services sales efforts in assigned markets. Based on the region the successful candidate may work remotely or office in one of our local TV station properties.
The successful candidate for this role will be an expert on local digital and cross platform sales, have a solid understanding of the local digital marketplace, understand the revenue opportunity our local teams have in digital advertising and digital agency services, knowledgeable about how to effectively package digital and local TV assets, have a demonstrated track record in growing revenue, is willing to travel 40+ weeks/year, and is someone who can work with geographically disparate teams to help execute smart sales plans that grow revenue.
The Regional Business Manager oversees and manages financial and accounting responsibilities for multiple television stations/markets within a specified region. Location TBD but will be required to office at an agreed upon TV market location.
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support a minimum of three markets in all aspects of accounts receivable including billing, lockbox reporting and cash application, credit card posting, ACH postings, credit adjustments, aging review. The role requires high quality customer service in support of their markets
Primary responsibilities include preparation of Federal and state income taxes and assisting with the preparation of GAAP income tax provision for the 10-Q and 10-K. Duties include preparation of estimated tax payments, tax research, maintenance of tax fixed assets and intangibles, state apportionment, and analysis of book vs tax differences for computing deferred taxes. In addition, this position will provide accounting support to the Tax Manager for monthly, quarterly and annual close responsibilities.

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. seeks an experienced television professional to serve as Vice President & General Manager of stations in undisclosed locations in the Midwest at a Top 100 DMA. The position offers an attractive base salary weith bonus potential based on performance.
The Director will be responsible for managing the relationship and contract negotiations with Nexstar Media’s valued Multichannel Video Programming Distributor (MVPD) partners. The position requires a person who can manage the full scope of the account management and affiliate sales processes – create and execute sales strategies and marketing opportunities, while also building relationships with key MVPD contacts. In addition to negotiating retransmission consent agreements with traditional MVPD partners, this role will also work intimately with digital MVPD partners, and work with the stations’ Network partners. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who demonstrates outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
We are looking for an Accountant for our Dallas Shared Service Center located in Irving, TX with experience in commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within financial reporting and accounting. The role requires strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, completion and maintenance of general ledger transactions, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports for Nexstar business units.
